| Looking for music for your event? Doug's unique 'Solo Act' is offers a variety of live music at reasonable rates. Because it's only one instrumentalist performing with a PA system, volume can be quiet enough to provide a nice atmosphere while listeners dine and converse. Doug plays a mix of styles, using a variety of instruments, including saxes (soprano, alto, tenor), clarinet, and EWI (Electric Wind Instrument). Please go the Music page to listen to some sample sounds, or visit Doug Monday nights at La Piazza Italian Restaurant and Sports Bar at 6pm. He performs in the dining room, or on the deck (weather permitting). Doug currently has hundreds of songs at his fingertips from a variety of artists (see the flyer below). This also includes music for the Christmas Holiday Season. If a song is requested, and he doesn't have it, he tries to add it to his list.
